Responsibilities
Make outgoing calls to internal and external customers for all three brands (Enterprise, National, and Alamo)
Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal text message for all three brands (Enterprise, National, and Alamo)
Responsible for logging and organizing items in the Lost and Found
Provide daily follow up with QSPs
Responsible for working with customers with overdue rentals
Monitor and correct incomplete rentals and returns
Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must currently have a valid US driver's license
Must have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
