Responsibilities

Translate business problems into AI use cases—partnering with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver intelligent automation and insights

Lead AI model development and deployment using tools like Python, Hugging Face, and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)

Prototype and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for tasks such as summarization, recommendations, knowledge retrieval, and user interaction

Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate AI into enterprise platforms

Create robust data pipelines that prepare and transform data for machine learning and inference workflows

Develop impactful visualizations and documentation to support stakeholder communication and model explainability

Stay current on AI trends and contribute to enterprise thought leadership in AI/ML practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering) or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in analytics or data science

Proficiency in Python

Experience with GenAI technologies and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI)

Strong SQL and data pipeline development skills; experience with DBT is a plus

Hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred) and analytics environments such as Databricks

Solid understanding of model evaluation, interpretability, and operationalization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems and driving AI use cases from concept to delivery

Preferred

Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field

Experience working in cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization

Strong business acumen with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes
