Computer Software

Responsibilities

Implementation of AI-powered recommendations project
Collaborate as needed with backend and ML engineers
Develop clean, maintainable, and well documented Flutter code aligned with the defined project scope
Provide clear documentation of architectural decisions, implementation details, and handoff materials upon project completion
Provide input on feature scope and sequencing to support timely and successful delivery of the defined project deliverables

Qualification

Mobile developmentFlutterDart.ioBackend developmentAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsCollaboration abilitiesProblem-solving skillsOrganizational skills

Required

5+ years of experience in native mobile development
2–3 years of experience in Flutter and Dart.io
Deep understanding of modern mobile development for both Android and iOS
Proficiency and active experience in backend development in any form
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong collaboration abilities and cross-functional relationship-building
Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized and deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment
Passion for Good Inside's mission and excitement about improving the lives of parents and children

Preferred

Startup growth experience — helping scale a high-growth company from early stages
User-facing mobile app experience — especially for products driving engagement and retention
Cross-functional marketing and product collaboration experience
