Managing project portfolios and resource allocation

Qualification

PhD in Computer ScienceApplied research experienceAI/ML model innovationResearch program managementAI agent architecture designReinforcement learningTechnical team managementPublication recordSoftware development experienceCommunication skills

Required

PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
7+ years in applied research, with 3+ years of people management experience
Track record of leading successful research projects and delivering business impact
Strong publication record in top-tier conferences/journals (CVPR, NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
Experience managing technical teams in computer vision, ML, or AI
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts to various audiences
Experience with research program management and setting technical strategy

Preferred

Experience in designing and implementing Supply Chain systems
Demonstrated experience in AI agent architecture design, including decision-making frameworks and behavioral modeling
Experience implementing reinforcement learning for autonomous agent behavior
Experience in professional software development
