Director/ExecutiveTexas Original is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join their team as a Director of Business Development. In this role, you will oversee the doctor program, manage relationships with existing doctors, and strategically identify and build connections with new healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing doctors in our network
Regularly communicate with doctors to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration
Act as the main point of contact for doctors, providing support and ensuring their satisfaction with our partnership
Identify and target new doctors who align with our program goals and values
Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new doctors into our network
Analyze existing data to identify trends and opportunities
Use data insights to allocate resources effectively and prioritize support for doctors with the greatest impact on patient outcomes
Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for doctor acquisition and retention
Collaborate with the product development team to gather feedback from doctors and contribute to the enhancement of our services
Coordinate with customer experience team to address any issues or concerns raised by doctors promptly
Provide training and educational materials to doctors to optimize their utilization of our program
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to share relevant information with doctors
Travel: 30-40% of role
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for strategic decision-making
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
