Analyze insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and providing coverage recommendations for clients
Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
Draft interrogatories and document demands
Review documents in preparation for litigation
Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required
Qualification
Required
Admitted to practice in Florida
2-5 years of litigation experience
Strong academic credentials: Law Review and/or Honors
Exceptional legal research and writing skills
