Manage case files using document management systems such as Net Docs and Clio

Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for cases

Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible

Utilize legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation

Coordinate project management tasks related to litigation timelines and deadlines

Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality
