Account Manager [Events & Venues Division]
Greenawalt Hospitality is seeking an Account Manager for their Events & Venues division. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring successful event delivery, and coordinating logistics while adhering to legal and company policies.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on their requests
Ensure clients are informed of legal requirements and company policies relevant to their events
Relay compliance information to clients to ensure all events meet regulatory and company standards
Push out event information and client requests to Operations and other internal teams
Ensure all internal teams receive accurate and timely information to execute events successfully
Ensure all events adhere to legal and company standards by guiding clients accordingly
Coordinate event logistics based on client needs and requests
Ensure all event details are managed effectively to meet client expectations
Identify opportunities to upsell services
Develop new client relationships to expand the business
Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports
Maintain accurate client records and documentation, including financial transactions and compliance communications
Qualification
Preferred
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
+ 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
+ Strong customer service orientation
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
+ Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
