Responsibilities
Manage payout calculations for assigned commissioned roles
Support calculations for additional roles as required
Learn and understand the most common reasons for commission disputes and exceptions
Independently resolve common dispute ticket types with professionalism and accuracy
Assist with the migration to a new compensation tool, including parallel testing, documentation gathering, and other implementation activities
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in commissions, sales operations, or sales strategy
Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, logical formulas)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with SQL is a plus
