Responsibilities
Guide clients through buying and selling homes, from first meeting to closing
Conduct listing presentations and open houses
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
Generate and nurture leads using our tools and training
Participate in weekly coaching, team events, and ongoing professional development
Qualification
Required
Active real estate license in RI and/or CT (required)
Full-time commitment and willingness to be in-office at least 3 days/week
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
