Personal Lines Sales and Service Representative
Leavitt Group is one of the nation’s largest privately held insurance brokerages, and they are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Sales & Service Representative. In this role, you will connect with clients, recommend tailored coverage solutions, and manage inbound inquiries to foster long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for inbound calls and online inquiries from people actively shopping for insurance
Listen to client needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions that give them peace of mind
Present and explain policies in a way that’s clear, confident, and client-focused
Provide quotes, process applications, and support clients with renewals and policy changes
Stay sharp on personal lines insurance products, trends, and requirements so you’re always adding value
Follow up with clients and referrals to boost retention and sales opportunities
Partner with carriers and underwriters to ensure smooth policy issuance
Deliver the kind of service that turns first-time clients into long-term relationships
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in insurance sales (personal lines preferred: auto, home, renters, etc.)
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Pennsylvania
Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills
A results-driven mindset with the motivation to succeed
Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office, knowledge of AMS360 a plus
