Responsibilities

Spearhead the process of proposals and offering memorandums and prioritize the work for pre-production and digital marketing specialists

Hands-on collaboration with internal marketing teams and agents from the beginning of the marketing process to post-close activities

Review material for quality control, grammar, syntax, and ensure material remains on-brand while meeting the design qualifications of the client

Manage multiple projects at any given time while maintaining critical deadlines

Work with agents/sales ops to execute and maintain digital marketing strategy for assigned listings

Support training of new marketing associates

Required

1+ years of commercial real estate experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud
