Perform significant and continuing impactful scholarly research in accounting
Publish in leading academic journals
Teach in undergraduate and/or graduate programs and mentor students
Serve the university through various committee assignments and in additional ways, meeting the needs of both the school and college, and enhance their external stature through service activities for the academic profession

Qualification

Ph.D. in AccountingHigh quality accounting researchMachine learning techniquesTeaching accounting coursesService activitiesMentoring students

Required

Ph.D. in Accounting or a related field from an AACSB-accredited institution by the start date
Demonstrated ability to conduct high quality accounting research using machine learning or other advanced data techniques
Evidence of successful instruction of accounting courses at the university level, particularly with a focus on analytics
