Responsibilities

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for FCC solutions, focusing on enterprise retailers, brands, and marketplaces
Identify, engage, and acquire new customers, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the retail and marketplace ecosystem
Understand customer pain points and position FCC’s solutions to address their needs effectively
Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and ensure customer satisfaction
Own and exceed sales targets, pipeline development, and forecasting
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs to shape sales strategies

Required

10 + years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on digital commerce or retail media solutions
Proven track record of selling to retailers, brands, or marketplaces, with a strong network of industry relationships
Deep understanding of digital commerce technology, including catalog management, OMS, WMS, pricing & promotions, and retail media
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
