As a Plumbing Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the successful execution of mechanical projects, leading teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation

Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success

Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and regular project updates

Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control costs to maximize profitability

Ensure that all project work adheres to industry standards and company quality guidelines

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions

Monitor project schedules and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines

Oversee contracts, change orders, and subcontracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Maintain a strong focus on safety, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety on-site

Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders

Utilize email and technology systems for project documentation, communication, and management

Required

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical construction industry

Experience with email and project management software for effective communication and documentation

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and best practices

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work

Preferred

PMP or similar certification is a plus
