Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with Do & Co, industry, and regulatory food safety and product integrity standards
Lead and manage facility audits, inspections, and consultations to ensure operational compliance
Ensure all food safety documentation, logs, and regulatory paperwork are accurate and current
Monitor integrated food safety and quality programs across all products manufactured, distributed, or sold
Conduct supplier assessments and audits to maintain quality and food safety standards
Collaborate with department managers to implement new products and practices effectively
Investigate customer and internal complaints, ensuring corrective actions are documented and resolved
Oversee sanitation standards, including pest control, chemical usage, and readiness for regulatory inspections
Lead hygiene training programs, including new hire orientation, retraining, and ongoing staff development
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 to 5 years of Hygiene, Quality Assurance experience preferably in a food manufacturing site
Deep knowledge in HACCP, ISO, SQF and food safety systems
Food Safety Certification, state specific if applicable
HACCP Certified
PCQI – (Preventative Control Qualified Individual)
Proactive and self-organized
Ability to manage through a substantial workload
Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
