Responsibilities

Perform sample preparation, extraction, and analysis using a variety of metabolomics platforms
Develop and optimize metabolomic workflows to improve sensitivity, reproducibility, and throughput while adhering to quality standards
Collect and process data generated from metabolomic experiments, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency
Utilize statistical and computational tools to perform data analysis, including multivariate analysis, pathway analysis, and statistical modeling
Generate comprehensive reports, figures, and presentations summarizing experimental results for internal and external stakeholders

Required

A master's degree in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Metabolomics, or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on laboratory experience in metabolomics research, including sample preparation
Experience with any metabolomics data processing tools and software platforms, such as Compound Discoverer, XCMS, MetaboAnalyst
Experience in data analysis software, such as R, open to learning statistical analyses, multivariate data analysis, and pathway analysis
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and the ability to convey complex technical information to non-experts
Experience of contributing to research projects, evidenced by presentations, project outcomes, or publications
