Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Integrations, focusing on connecting Higharc to the broader ecosystem of homebuilding technology and ensuring seamless operational workflows for builders.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the product roadmap for integrations between Higharc and key systems such as ERPs, CRMs, and partner data platforms—from vision to launch

Partner with builders, integration partners, and internal teams to understand data flows, dependencies, and business objectives

Lead product discovery to identify the highest-value integration opportunities that accelerate customer ROI and adoption

Translate business and technical needs into integration requirements, API designs, and workflow specifications

Partner with internal stakeholders to create SOPs and reusable templates that streamline integrations and drive standardization across customers

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable, scalable integrations that enhance user workflows

Define integration success metrics focused on reliability, performance, adoption, and business impact

Build a deep understanding of partner and customer systems to inform strategic ecosystem alignment and future product opportunities
