Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead for cross-cutting initiatives like the Reporting Engine rearchitecture, performance scaling, and AI reporting integration

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to define and deliver impactful customer-facing features

Drive architectural decisions that ensure our reporting systems are reliable, performant, and extensible

Help establish engineering best practices in data modeling, distributed systems, and query optimization

Lead design reviews, guide implementation, and mentor staff- and senior-level engineers

Dive deep into technical problems while maintaining a strategic, long-term perspective

Represent the Reporting team in cross-functional planning efforts and engineering leadership forums

Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way

Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency
