Responsibilities
Manage multiple tracks of simultaneously with high quality
Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands
Gather insights, foster innovation, solve problems, drive critical decisions, and deliver results through strong analytics, internal and external VOC, and industry research
Communicate strategy in consumable formats, aligned to the audience, and articulate a compelling outcome
Have impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Create actionable programs for leadership approval and prioritization
Create product roadmaps aligned cross-functionally across stakeholders and teams
Oversee go-to-market for completeness and consumer readiness
Display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals; Be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment
You will know your products and capabilities and how they compare to competitors and partners
You will know cross-domain and cross-network capabilities, flows, roadmaps, and intersections
You will be able to communicate internal and external business cases, emerging products, roadmaps, and business and technical flows
You will understand high-level ecosystem architecture, design, and intent
You will identify significant internal and external partnerships and actors
You will create new product and pricing strategies using product-level modeling/analytics
Adhering to risk management policies, process, and tools
Correctly identifying and categorizing risk, mitigating it by adherence to process and identifying process gaps to be remediated, and interacting with significant risk management actors
Using data classification, data stewardship, and data management to manage the risk associated to change
Demonstrating a successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
At least 2 years of experience in analysis
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
5+ years of experience in analysis
2+ years of experience in financial services
1+ year of experience in consulting
2+ years of experience in people management
