Interpret and work from civil plans and specifications

Understand project objectives and deliverables

Utilize HCSS HeavyBid or similar bidding software for estimating and project planning

Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout

Prepare and submit submittal packages

Procure materials and coordinate deliveries

Develop and manage project schedules including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

Monitor and control critical path activities to ensure timely project completion

Manage scope of work, identify and process change orders

Maintain regular communication with owners, engineers, and suppliers

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
