The Financial Planning Analyst will assist Senior Analysts and Advisors with wealth management and financial planning, focusing on client relationship administration and support for investment proposals and performance reviews.

Responsibilities
Perform due diligence on investment mutual funds, ETF's, separate account managers, and hedge funds
Support the Partners and their team by providing operational functions such as: Money movement (i.e. wire and journals) Account creation and maintenance Ad hoc project management Portfolio performance updates CRM database management
Preparation and/or review of select client income tax returns (Forms 1040, etc)
Prepare and coordinate materials for client meetings
Monitor and update client asset allocations
Compile monthly & quarterly reports on portfolio performance
Compile quarterly tax projections
Qualification
Required
0 to 2 years of relevant experience
Completed or pursuing CFP®, CFA or similar designation
Bachelors' degree or higher from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, or economics preferred
Strong interest in investment advisory and general financial planning services
Excellent written & verbal communications skills
Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
Reliable, follows through on commitments; a self-starter when it comes to new challenges
Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to manage and prioritize tasks
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Preferred
Experience with Tamarac, eMoney, Zephyr, Portfolio Center desirable but not necessary
