Walmart Canada is seeking a Senior Manager for Technology Operations to join their eCommerce Marketplace team focusing on the Seller Fulfilled Business. This role involves leading the strategy for Walmart Shipping, managing seller experience, and collaborating across teams to drive alignment and execution.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and scaling of Walmart Shipping within the Seller Fulfilled Business

Define seller targeting and onboarding strategies

Own the end-to-end seller experience and incentive programs

Manage the full business lifecycle, including P&L ownership

Collaborate across 20+ cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution

Communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders

Build and lead a team of 3–5 direct reports

Required

Experience in e-commerce, ideally within a marketplace environment

Proven people management experience

Background in shipping operations or having run a business

Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership

Experience launching new products or programs

Executive-level communication skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area

7 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area

2 years' supervisory experience

Preferred

Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area

Background in creating inclusive digital experiences

Demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards

Knowledge of accessibility best practices
