Responsibilities

Preparing complex high net worth individual income tax and trust & estate returns
Reviewing mid-level complexity high net worth individual income tax and trust & estate returns
Researching and draft memorandum involving complex tax matters
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Handling and resolve tax controversies
Training and supervision of staff accountants

Qualification

CPA LicensePublic accounting experienceTax return preparationClient service skillsAnalytical skillsLeadership skillsCommunication skillsProject management skillsMentoring skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting
At least 4 years of public accounting experience
Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client's management
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, strong attention to detail, and proven innovative problem-solving skills
Ability to travel as needed based on client assignments

Preferred

Masters of Science in Taxation
CPA License or plan to obtain license
