Responsibilities

Develop content/engagement strategy for each leader based on business priorities, key themes, and personal interests
Produce content (both evergreen and news-driven) that helps grow following and engagement rates
Work with PR, and other stakeholders to obtain approvals for all content as needed
Build and execute amplification strategies, including paid promotion for tentpole moments
Measure program impact and tailor content strategy based on learnings

Required

7+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience building and executing communications plans, including social-native strategies/tactics
Exemplary written and oral communications skills

Preferred

Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
Experience working directly with senior leaders
Exemplary written and oral communications skills
Ability to exercise high judgment in narrow time frames
Experience balancing multiple projects—short and long-term—and delivering on deadline every time
Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
Graphics and video editing experience
