Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, dependable care to seniors and adults in their homes
Assist with personal care & hygiene
Prepare meals and support healthy routines
Offer companionship and emotional support
Provide light housekeeping and help maintain a safe, clean home
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
Offer medication reminders and document daily care notes
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Follow individualized Care Plans accurately and respectfully
Qualification
Required
A genuine passion for helping others — experience (professional or personal) is a plus
Must be 18 years or older
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to safely transport clients for errands etc
Must be adaptable and proactive
Good judgment and professionalism when working with clients, families, and teammates
