Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical expertise, solution architecture, and leadership in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud technical components
Ensure complex technical solutions are built efficiently and are scalable
Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to deliver effective solutions that enhance overall HR processes

Oracle HCM CloudIntegrationsFast FormulasHCM extractsBI PublisherOTBIHDLOracle Integration Cloud ServicesREST-based APIsPaaS Extensions

Required

5-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
At least 2/3 Oracle implementation experience
Worked in Fast formulas in OTL, Absence, and Payroll modules
Should have delivered integrations/ reports using HCM extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI
Done data migrations using HDL (HCM data loader) also understanding of the other tools like HSDL is a plus
Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) and REST-based APIs. Is a plus
Knowledge of PaaS Extensions (VBCS, PCS, etc.) Is a plus
