Document decisions so any teammate can re-explain them
Optimize for speed—both site performance and decision cycles
Mentor by doing: pair reviews, crisp Loom walkthroughs, zero fluff
Qualification
Required
Ability to transform fuzzy business goals into tech blueprints
Experience with Next.js and WordPress headless
Ability to map systems before writing code
Strong precision and due diligence in work
Ability to surface multiple paths when faced with blockers and defend choices with data
Low ego with high output
