Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in leading large-scale deployments of P25 digital, encrypted, and interoperable radio systems
Demonstrated track record of successful implementation in support of mission-critical operations
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Must possess a SECRET clearance
15+ years of experience

Preferred

Experience in infrastructure management within a mission-critical environment preferred
Familiarity with contract oversight and performance reporting preferred
