Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers to build strong, high-performing teams

Drive excellence across sales and service delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Serve as a culture leader—promoting Aruza’s core values, teamwork, and accountability across all branches

Partner with Sales Leadership to achieve and exceed regional sales targets

Maximize financial performance through effective resource allocation, operational efficiency, and people development

Collaborate cross-functionally with Aruza’s Executive Team to identify, implement, and scale best practices

Provide clear direction, structure, and accountability through consistent communication, performance tracking, and goal-setting

Support M&A integration efforts and expansion initiatives across your region

Conduct regular site visits and hold structured weekly meetings with all Branch leadership

Foster a strong sense of ownership and alignment among all team members
