They are seeking a Business Development / Outside Sales Representative with a proven history of B2B sales success to develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners and drive referral-based business.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners, including:

Insurance Agents and Adjusters

Property and Apartment Management Companies (PMCs / AMCs)

Real Estate Agents, HOAs, Fire Departments, and Municipal Contacts

Conduct daily prospecting, route management, and follow-ups to build and maintain a steady sales pipeline

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility and referral networks

Maintain CRM data accurately and provide regular activity and pipeline reports

Collaborate with internal estimating and operations teams to ensure seamless hand-offs and satisfied clients

Represent BMR with professionalism, urgency, and integrity at all times
