Key Account Sales Manager- Automotive OEM
Midea America Corp. is a U.S. subsidiary of Midea Group, a leading global home appliances manufacturer. The Key Account Sales Manager will identify and develop profitable sales opportunities while maintaining long-term relationships with US OEMs.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a business relationship between Welling and OEMs, this means a solid business relationship with all key stakeholders within the customers’ engineering, purchasing and production groups
Develop insight on market trends, value points, and satisfaction. Translate the customer input into Welling’s technology road maps, engineering requirement, and/or new productizing efforts
Manage and track business wins, and support internal financial analysis in evaluating various choices
Represent Welling professionally to achieve Welling’s business objectives
Monitor the competition’s products and services and notify management of benchmarks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
2+ years of experience in the automotive industry, experienced in and track record of developing strong relationships at all customer levels
Strong interpersonal skills
Native English speaker required
