Start in 2026 SummerEast-West is a global missions nonprofit with a mission to mobilize the Body of Christ to evangelize the lost and equip local believers to multiply disciples and churches among the unreached. The Field Operations Intern will learn and experience how the role of administrators and project managers supports the mission and vision of East-West, gaining exposure to various aspects of nonprofit operations.

Responsibilities
Work with cross-departmental teams as a project coordinator
Assist field teams to digitally track their ministry work
Coordinate projects and logistics related to our quadrennial all staff conference
Provide support to our field ministries department through problem solving skills and various projects
Participate in team meetings
Participate in weekly intern group time. This is a time where interns from all departments will gather and be discipled, grow in knowledge about unreached people groups, and discover your unique role in the Great Commission
Participate in East-West staff events and socials, lunch and learns, etc
Qualification
Required
Passion for the Great Commission
Interest in nonprofit work
Ability to work with cross-departmental teams
Problem solving skills
Willingness to participate in team meetings
Ability to assist field teams in digitally tracking their ministry work
Capability to coordinate projects and logistics
Desire to participate in intern group time and staff events
