Responsibilities

Reviewing Business and Individual Tax Returns (1065, 1120, 1120S, 1040)
Coordinating with clients and their advisors on quarterly and year-end tax planning and projections
Providing supervision, training and support to the engagement staff and promoting open communication to the engagement partner and manager
Inspiring, developing, mentoring, and retaining staff while providing challenging assignments
Researching and assisting with complex tax matters

Qualification

Licensed CPAPublic accounting experienceMaster of Science in TaxationClient service skillsAnalytical skillsLeadership skillsCommunication skillsProject management skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Licensed CPA, or working towards CPA certification with parts passed
At least 4 years of public accounting experience
Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client's management
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, strong attention to detail, and proven innovative problem-solving skills
Ability to travel as needed based on client assignments

Preferred

Master of Science in Taxation is preferred
