Inside Sales Representative
Creative Capital Solutions is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to assist small and mid-sized businesses in discovering financing solutions for their growth. The role focuses on making outbound calls, identifying funding needs, and introducing commercial lending options, all while providing comprehensive training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
Make 300-600 outbound call attempts per day to business owners using our automated power dialer
Introduce commercial financing solutions to businesses that may need capital
Ask qualifying questions to understand if we can help their business
Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate with our processing team
Learn from senior advisors who will help you close deals while you develop your skills
Build relationships with clients who come back to you for future financing needs
Complete training, practice scripts, make calls, and observe senior advisors closing deals
Start closing deals with mentor support while building your pipeline
Close deals more independently and develop repeat client relationships
Build a book of business with recurring clients and referral partners
Opportunity to mentor new reps and eventually lead your own team
Daily Responsibilities: Make 300-600 outbound call attempts per day using our power dialer
Implement our scripts and sales process consistently
Update CRM with notes from your calls
Attend training sessions and coaching calls
Qualification
Required
