New Grad, Entry LevelLatitude Inc is seeking a Telecom Technician responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of telecommunications systems, particularly Mitel phone systems. The role involves troubleshooting, system upgrades, and ensuring reliable voice communications across the organization.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance of Mitel telecommunications systems, including Mitel MiVoice, MiCollab, and associated hardware and software components
Install, configure, and test new telephony equipment, including handsets, call servers, and voicemail systems
Perform system backups, updates, and patches to ensure security and functionality of telecom systems
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to phone system performance, call routing, voicemail, and connectivity
Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively identifying and addressing potential problems
Maintain accurate documentation of telecom configurations, extensions, call flows, and network diagrams
Work with vendors and service providers to manage escalated issues, upgrades, and system enhancements
Assist with the integration of telecom systems with other IT infrastructure (e.g., network switches, VoIP gateways, and unified communications tools)
Provide user training and support for Mitel applications and features
Participate in after-hours maintenance, on-call rotation, and emergency response as needed
Qualification
Required
