Responsibilities
You’ll be partnering with our founder and senior GTM leadership on building out our commercial function – bringing to Encord company-defining talent to sustain the next stage of our hyper-growth
You'll work to define and execute a high-quality hiring engine
You’ll drive everything from sourcing, outreach and candidate closing, to getting our brand out, to process design
You’ll help us recruit top-tier talent and ensure candidates know Encord is one of the best places to build a career
You’re outcomes-focused, with a strong bias to action
You can hire for both high-volume and specialised searches for niche roles
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a hyper-growth start-up or similarly fast-paced, high accountability environment
Ability to define and execute a high-quality hiring engine
Experience in sourcing, outreach, and candidate closing
Ability to get the brand out and design processes
Track record of exceptional performance in work, academics, sports, or other areas
Strong network in the startup & scale-up ecosystem
Ruthless prioritisation skills and highly organised
Focus on outcomes over inputs
Efficiency in leveraging AI throughout processes
Autonomous execution without compromising on quality
Strong outcomes-focused mindset with a bias to action
Ability to hire for both high-volume and specialised searches for niche roles
Great communication skills: clear, concise, and persuasive
Exceptional behavioural and competency-based interviewing skills
Ability to hold strategic conversations with senior leaders
Proactive attitude and craving for accountability
Ability to execute with little guidance and in ambiguous situations
