Mood Health is a collaborative group practice dedicated to making a difference in the mental health community. They are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to supervise associate clinicians, provide clinical oversight, and maintain a limited caseload of clients.

Responsibilities

Provide ~6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists each week

Conduct ~3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation weekly

Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 client sessions per week

Participate in associate hiring by conducting interviews as needed

Ensure documentation and clinical care meet ethical and quality standards

Collaborate with our clinical leadership team as needed
