OCONUS - All Source Analyst (MID)
Amentum is seeking an All-Source Analyst (MID) to join their team in Amman, Jordan, focusing on Cyber, Security, and Intelligence. The role involves supporting mission-critical projects, conducting counterintelligence analysis, and providing training and support to various military and national level agencies.

Responsibilities
Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests
Apply and train to the understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for indepth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies
Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities
Ensure products are compliant with ICD and AFOSI standards and uploaded to appropriate databases
Maintain knowledge of host nation intelligence and security organizations
Maintain knowledge of third country intelligence services that pose a threat to DAF resources and the organization’s personnel, and maintain knowledge of the capabilities of state sponsored, transnational, international or regional terrorist groups and their surrogates that threaten DAF security
Provide training to all analysts on CISFP, source management, collection and production management
Review and provide analyst comments for CRs and IIRs. Disseminate raw and finished intelligence products to interested agencies, to include: AFOSI leadership, base commanders, operating environment owners, and other intelligence/counterintelligence customers (both CONUS and OCONUS) who value the direct information and intelligence products
Prepare comprehensive foreign intelligence and terrorism informational or analytical products. Products should be delivered as required by AFOSI or USAFCENT leadership
Fuse intelligence and raw data from multiple sources in varying classifications to identify threats, trends, structures of terrorist cells, their location, and plotting attack information (such as fire- points, impact sites, timeline, etc.) on a weekly to daily basis
Perform collection management duties by evaluating field reports involving terrorist group organizational structures and their involved interrelationships among other organizations and state-sponsored groups targeting the DAF/DoD
Assist in the development of target packages to mitigate threats to 24 EFIS, subordinate units, and DAF/DoD personnel and resources in the USCENTCOM/AFCENT AOR
Prepare briefings that describe the nature, scope, specific identification, and possible impact of coordination and cooperation prevalent among hostile groups. Briefings are prepared upon request by AFOSI leadership, base commanders, operating environment owners, and other intelligence/counterintelligence customers (both CONUS and OCONUS) who value the direct information and intelligence products
Coordinate and maintain liaison relationships with military and national level agencies
Ensure all products and briefings produced in support of this contract are in strict compliance with security classification, restrictive caveats, and dissemination directives
Provide mobile training and advisory services to AFOSI units in the USCENTCOM AOR, in order to standardize analyst and agent workflow and production. Deliver improvements to the collection, processing and production intelligence cycles to unit commanders and other AFOSI leadership. Report accurate information pertaining to training and knowledge levels of personnel at field units in order to make critical and timely decisions. This will be a primary responsibility of the MTT position
Provide mobile training, advisory services, and act as a SME to AFOSI units in the USCENTCOM AOR supporting strategic engagements such as Defense Threat Assessment Methodology Seminars and Crime Scene Exploitation Programs
Travel and provide onsite and offsite support to other CONUS and OCONUS locations in the USCENTCOM AOR as requested. This position may require very frequent and/or extended length OCONUS travel depending upon mission needs
Maintain current passport and visa requirements and maintain the ability to be world-wide deployable to include medical clearances and other items outlined in this PWS
Provide Source citations to all products per ICON guidance
Utilize overarching governing documents including but not limited to 24 EFIS SOPs, DODI 2000.12, 3115.17, 5240.10, 5240.22, S-5240.17, S-3325.07, DODM 5240.02, DCHE-M 33001.001, DCHE-M 33001.002, and Appendix 2 to Annex B of CENTCOM and AFCENT CONOPS, AFI 71-101 V4, OSII 71-144 V1, and CCR 381-16. Deliver products that are free from grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors
Qualification
Required
Six (6) years of all-source analytical experience utilizing HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, or OSINT
One (1) year comprehensive analytical support to counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and/or HUMINT operations, ending within the last three (3) years
One (1 year) comprehensive analytical or operational experience to operations involving DOD National Defense Strategy priority countries including Russia, China, or Iran
Six (6) years of experience in the development of intelligence analysis products
Strong writing skills and being capable of effectively operating as a member of a combined/joint intelligence team required
Strong briefing skills and being capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements required
Experience and working knowledge of the following programs and systems within the last three (3) years: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access); Analyst Notebook; SIPR/JWICS Access; M3 - Multi Media Messenger (Or other message handling system such as TAC/Tripwire, Palantir, etc.); SOMM - Source Operations Management Module; Proton - JWICS Access Required (or other similar such database such as ROCKSTAR, Voltron, etc.); Intellink; CIDNE - Combined Information Data network Exchange; CIA WIRE; HOT-R (Or CHROME - Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Requirements, Reporting, and Operations Management Environment); NCTC Online - National Counter Terrorism Center Online; J2 DCP Portal (CJCS Portal) on JWICS. Knowledge of AFOSII2MS and/or CI2MS is desirable
TS/SCI clearance required
Six (6) years of all-source analytical experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in international affairs, national security studies, Arabic studies, international business, international terrorism, trends and analysis, intelligence/counterintelligence or other related fields; Southwest Asian regional expertise
