Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents for complex supply chain workflows
Architect scalable backend systems and real-time interfaces for customers
Work directly with founders to shape product strategy and define technical direction
Partner with customers to understand real-world problems and translate them into automation opportunities
Help establish engineering best practices and the foundation for future technical hires
Qualification
Required
BSCS or equivalent technical degree preferred
Experience using React, Next.js, and real-time systems (e.g. WebSockets)
3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python and modern data/AI libraries (NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc.)
Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proven experience building or integrating AI agents, LLM orchestration, or workflow automation systems
Preferred
Background in ML/AI model optimization or orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
Experience scaling production-grade ML systems
Startup experience or a desire to build something from zero to one
