Interim Physicians is a leading locum tenens staffing company celebrating over 40 years in business. They are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to build relationships with physicians and match them with job opportunities, helping healthcare facilities fill vital patient care gaps.
Responsibilities
Actively managing an ever-expanding portfolio of physician candidates
Contacting active physicians and developing long-lasting relationships with physicians
Interviewing physicians to meet client-specific qualifications and quality standards of Interim Physicians
Obtaining CVs of qualified physicians for presentation and consulting with Account Executives and business development representatives to determine the proper fit
Negotiating rates and expenses as required for physicians
Writing physician agreements and exhibits as necessary
Advocating for and consulting with physicians to ensure employee satisfaction and longevity with Interim’s client
Promptly escalating all physician candidate issues to the Account Executive, always working together for a satisfactory resolution to all parties
Qualification
Required
Successful physician recruiters should possess a solid work ethic and excellent customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills
Candidates should desire to learn and grow, take ownership of their work, and be driven and ambitious
Clear verbal and written communication skills are a must
