Responsibilities

Contract Documentation: Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of purchase agreements, work orders, service contracts, and change orders

Compliance & Tracking: Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements to ensure timely execution and adherence to terms

Document Control & Filing: Maintain organized contract records and document repositories using internal systems (e.g., ERP, contract lifecycle tools, SharePoint)

Cross-Functional Coordination: Support collaboration between legal, supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to resolve contract issues and track approvals

Process Support: Help develop standard templates, checklists, and workflows to improve contracting efficiency and visibility
