Raynor Garage Doors is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Journeyman for their 1st shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining dies, as well as constructing machinery and components with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Builds, repairs, maintains and aids in design of all types of dies

Builds machinery and components (jigs and fixtures) requiring a high degree of skill

Is proficient in the use of computers for CAD drawings and any required documentation

Makes, installs, repairs, and adjusts press and die safety monitoring devices

Has a minimum six years or equivalent training in the tool and die field

Possess knowledge of all required die building techniques

Requires minimal supervision

Has some leadership qualities

Meets all requirements of Journeyman Machinist job description

Detail-Oriented, strong communication skills and positive attitude

Excellent interpersonal skills and team player

Ability to appropriately conduct maintenance in a high stress manufacturing environment
