Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the team to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop/manage processes to improve communication, effectiveness, and ensure processes alignment
Improves speed on new item review process
Monitor team performance through KPIs and dashboards; provide regular feedback and performance reviews
Partner with Area Sales Managers and Commercial Excellence teams to align on customer engagement strategies
Oversee onboarding, training, and development of new team members
Collaborate with HR and Compensation to ensure role clarity, career pathing, and incentive alignment
Drive continuous improvement in processes, leveraging tools and insights to optimize efficiency
Serve as a key point of contact for escalations and complex customer interactions
Support hiring efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of managing and developing successful sales teams
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability leveraging order entry systems, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), and reporting systems
Familiarity with Inside Sales operations, purchasing workflows, and customer lifecycle management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Collaborative mindset with a passion for coaching and talent development
