Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Head of IT to develop and maintain the enterprise IT architecture vision and strategic roadmap in alignment with business objectives
Define and execute short- and long-term IT portfolios and implementation plans to meet evolving organizational needs
Communicate IT strategy, performance metrics, annual objectives, and key success indicators to stakeholders
Plan, manage, and oversee IT architecture projects, including system upgrades, replacements, and process improvements
Establish and standardize tools, platforms, and processes for agile development, estimation, and deployment
Monitor project execution for compliance with defined IT architecture standards and ensure appropriate communication of policy changes
Develop, implement, and regularly test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans
Manage capital and operational budgets for architecture-related projects and operations
Monitor system security and performance alerts, ensuring proactive issue resolution and compliance with regulatory and audit standards
Manage project resourcing and respond effectively to changes in scope or requirements
Set high standards of performance for self and project teams, ensuring accountability and results orientation
Foster strong customer relationships and ensure actions align with company service standards and stakeholder expectations
Demonstrate a global mindset by supporting diverse teams, leveraging different perspectives, and fostering inclusive collaboration
Cultivate strategic partnerships across technical teams, shared services, and business functions to achieve IT and corporate goals
Seek internal and external opportunities for innovation, influence corporate strategies, and ensure alignment of resources
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT architecture, enterprise systems design, or IT strategy roles
Proven experience managing complex IT projects and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks and standards
Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, security, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning
Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within complex enterprise systems such as SAP S4/Hana, Dynamics 365, NetSuite etc
Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate IT strategies aligned with business goals
Strong organizational, analytical thinking, project management, and budgeting skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
Ability to lead through influence, build trust with stakeholders, and drive innovation and performance
Ability to learn and utilize new applications and software systems effectively and efficiently
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, priority-shifting environment
Preferred
Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) preferred
Experience working in global or culturally diverse teams is a plus
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
