Responsibilities
Building relationships with new and existing clients across exciting sectors
Headhunting and engaging top-tier candidates
Conducting interviews and managing the full hiring process
Coordinating feedback, managing offers, and closing deals
Staying up to date on industry trends and building market expertise
Using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and databases to build a strong candidate pipeline
Qualification
Required
A degree OR proven sales experience (car sales, real estate, B2B, telesales, etc.)
A sociable, confident personality
Strong communication skills and drive
A money-motivated mindset and a hunger to succeed
The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
