Fahrenheit Advisors is assisting Kirbor Homes in the search for a creative and experienced Residential Architectural Designer to lead the development of new home plans and residential models. This role involves taking ownership of the design process from concept through construction, ensuring high-quality homes that reflect the company's standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural design projects in CAD and REVIT

Meet designated project timelines and maintain project documentation

Prepare or assign drafting for all architectural projects

Coordinate structural permitting and manage Revit templates/checklists

Participate in design meetings and provide regular status updates

Develop 2D and 3D renderings for conceptual design presentations

Prepare complete architectural permit sets, including ventilation, drainage, and electrical drawings

Ensure energy compliance using prescriptive methods

Collaborate with external partners and internal departments throughout the process

Review and coordinate drawings across structural, MEP, civil, and interior disciplines

Create approved color schemes, custom design options, and marketing strip plans

Support the Production Department during construction and help identify opportunities for process and product improvement
