Responsibilities
Assist in developing and delivering skills-based training, expanding our eLearning library, supporting user adoption strategies, and coordinating training logistics
Reporting to the Legal Technology Trainer, you'll play a key role in enhancing how our attorneys and staff are aware of the available legal tools and become productive with them
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys teaching, content creation, and helping others get the most out of technology in a professional services environment
Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal ability, and the aptitude to learn new tasks quickly
The role requires adherence to established procedures, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
Periodic travel to other Firm offices is required
A law firm or professional services background is necessary

An associate's or bachelor's degree in a legal or technology field or equivalent work experience
