Responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with government representatives (e.g., COR, ACOR) through formal and informal channels to provide updates on resources, technical progress, and contract performance
Lead monthly and quarterly reporting efforts, including written Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and verbal/written Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
Conduct meetings with the ACOR to review deliverables, clarify expectations, and address developments impacting performance (e.g., mission changes or travel)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with program objectives
Develop and manage project documentation, including work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, cost estimates, and recommendations
Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and deliver executive presentations to support data-driven decision-making
Identify risks and implement contingency plans to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes
Promote integration and collaboration between Environment Operations and Technical Operations teams
Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback and applying best practices to enhance project management efficiency
Oversee talent acquisition and management, including job descriptions, interviews, hiring decisions, and personnel development
Manage onboarding, offboarding, training, and security clearance processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
Coordinate and assess annual personnel evaluations, keeping corporate leadership informed of contract performance and workforce metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business/IT Management
5 Years of Program/Program Management and Task Lead experience
5 Years of experience in Information Technology
Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects, and meeting/exceeding program objectives
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Possess computing and networking IA Baseline certifications for IAM2-IA Baseline Certification
Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility
A non-disclosure agreement will be required for this position
