Psychologist Supervisor**
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for individuals affected by mental health and substance use disorders. They are seeking a Psychologist Supervisor to oversee psychological programs, supervise staff, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of services provided. This role involves planning, developing, and implementing psychological services while collaborating with administration and staff.

Responsibilities
Supervise psychology staff
Plan, develop, implement, and administer psychological programs
Establish procedures on delivery of psychological services
Research and write policies
Oversee administrative and clinical organization and operation of psychology services
Monitor quality and effectiveness of services provided by psychology staff
Consult with administration and staff
Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars
Formulate plans to implement education programs for psychology and hospital staff
Qualification
Required
License to practice psychology in Ohio pursuant to Section 4732.09 and 4732.21 of revised code
12 months experience as a licensed psychologist
1 course in employee training & development or 3 months experience providing work direction & training or supervision to psychology students, assistants, or psychologists
